Processing time
• Most of our products are made to order which means that once we receive your order, we start to make your piece, for most of the orders it takes between 2-3 weeks
• The time for some items takes 3-4 weeks, this usually applies for complicated projects and customized orders.
• For ready-made items the process to prepare the item takes about a 1 week.

Rush Orders
In case it's a rush or you have a specific deadline to meet, please contact us so we can make sure it is possible to make it on time!
We would love to meet with your timeline.

   Shipping time usually takes between 3-5 days and up to a week, depends on destination.
   
   - Each item is delivered with an express shipping by DHL or Fedex, once your order is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking number of the package.
   During transit the package is insured and requires signature release.

 

Cancellations
Please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase so refund will be the full amount of your payment.
We start to work immeditely after order is received. therefore in case the request for cancellation is after the first 48 hours the refund is less 10% of the amount.

Returns
Returns – In case you would like to return the item and for any reason, contact us in immediate and no longer than 5 days after receiving the item.

The item must be returned in new / unused condition; the same condition it has been received, along with all documentations.
The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The refund is excluding shipping costs back and forth and after we inspect the returned item.
For item cost less than 800$ (USD) the refund is less shipping costs back and forth 100$.

The following items are not returnable or exchangeable:
• Custom or personalized orders
• unresizable rings such as eternity bands
• Items costs 800$ and above.

Exchange
We offer exchange for items less than 800$.
Approved exchanges will be charged 100$ for the shipping costs back and forth and 10% restocking fee. 

Payment
We accept payment via PayPal or credit cards.
Check out with credit card is proceed through PayPal (There is no need for Paypal account)
For any other sort of payment such as split payment or banking transfer please contact us directly.

All payments must be received before we start working on your order or sending your item.

Customs and import taxes
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their countries.
• USA customers are not subject to customs or import taxes due to free trading agreement between Israel and the US
