Processing Time

• Most of our pieces are made to order. Once your order is received, we begin crafting your item especially for you.
• The processing time for most items is 3-4 weeks.
• Custom-made orders typically take 3–6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
More detailed or complex projects may require additional time, and in such cases we will discuss the timeline with you directly.
• For ready-made items, preparation or size adjustments usually take up to 1 week.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped with express delivery, usually via FedEx.
• Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, and up to one week depending on destination.
• Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number.
• All packages are insured during transit and require a signature upon delivery.

Rush Orders

• In case it’s a rush or you have a specific deadline to meet, please contact us so we can make sure it’s possible to create your item on time.
We will do our best to meet your timeline.

Cancellations

• Once your order is received, we begin working on it immediately.
Therefore, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.
• For cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours, a 10% fee applies to cover materials and work already initiated.

Returns

• Due to the nature of our work and the fact that each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns.
• In special cases, and at our discretion, we may review a request and discuss possible options directly with the client.

Payment

• We accept payments via PayPal or credit card.
• Credit card checkout is processed securely through PayPal (no PayPal account required).
• For alternative payment methods, such as split payment or bank transfer, please contact us directly.
• All payments must be completed before we begin crafting your order or shipping your item.

Customs & Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country.
• Import fees vary by location. As a general guideline:
In the United States, import charges are typically around 15%.
In the United Kingdom, Germany, and most European countries, charges are around 20%.
These are estimates only; the exact amount depends on each country’s regulations.

Packaging

• All pieces come beautifully packaged in a jewelry box and are ready for gifting.
