I had a great experience with Nir Oliva. I had questions about a couple different rings and I reached out to them through the chat. The response was very quick and they provided 3D images that helped us make a decision. I told them about the time frame I was hoping to have the ring by and they exceeded my expectations. It was shipped the day they promised and I received it 5 days later. The ring is beautiful and everything I hoped for. Their communication is great - they kept me up to date on the tracking. I never had to reach to them as they would frequently keep me updated. I would absolutely buy from them again.
